Aim and Objectives

• To promote, safeguard and act in furtherance of the common interests of members.
• To establish and maintain contact amongst the members of the Association.
• To encourage and foster the ideal of service and to promote a spirit of fellowship among the members.
• To promote solidarity among members of the Steel Fraternity and to uphold the professional dignity and well-being of the members.
• To promote and exchange professional information and knowledge towards the advancement of the Steel Industry.
• To seek planned development of cadres of professional steel executives through a fair and rational personnel policy and its uniform implementation.
• To strive for the introduction of progressive industrial culture in management.
• To establish Clubs, Libraries, Reading Rooms, Co-operatives, and other beneficial services to improve social and material well-being.
• To address matters affecting officers' interests, whether jointly or individually.

About the IISCO Officers’ Association

IISCO Officers’ Association is an organization representing officers of SAIL ISP and believes in the principle of plurality among its members. It works to advocate for the rights and interests of its members while collaborating with management to enhance plant performance and meet production targets.

The association provides a platform for communication between officers and management, addressing work conditions, township, medical benefits, and professional development. Spreading smiles for a harmonious and progressive future, we stand with our motto - “सदैव आपकी सेवा में तत्पर”.
